Biography

Double Olympian from Myanmar (then Burma). Twice 10,000-Marathon champion at SEA Games. 

He won 10 medals around SEA Games competition where he contested seven times. Sumbwegam finished 35th in Tokyo 1964 Marathon, but made significant-finish for four years later: He concluded 1968 Mexico City Marathon as 18th place, best achievement by Burmese athlete in Olympics.
